The website is operated by Kacper Opiela, acting as a private individual in Poland.

The website presents journeys, photographs, films and the work of Kacper Opiela. It also provides an interactive globe, a contact form and a form for shared expeditions.

Material published on the site is informational.

Sending a form starts a conversation with Kacper. It does not mean a booking, an order or the formation of a contract.

3. Technical requirements

To use the website properly you need internet access, an up-to-date browser and JavaScript.

The interactive globe uses WebGL2. If the browser or device does not support that technology, some functions may be limited.

4. Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully and with respect for the rights of others.

The following is not permitted:

• sending unlawful material or material that infringes third-party rights,
• actions that disrupt the website or its safeguards,
• using the forms for spam or automated abuse.

Providing information in the forms is voluntary. Fields marked as required are necessary to send and handle a message.

5. Expedition enquiries

Messages sent through the form go directly to Kacper.

Sending a form does not confirm availability, timing, price or delivery of an expedition.

The scope of any collaboration, organisational terms and any payment are agreed individually.

Photographs, films, texts, graphic elements and other material on the website may be protected by copyright or other rights.

Using the website does not transfer any rights in that material.

Material may be used for your own purposes to the extent permitted by law.
